I have always had weight issues since I was a teenager and now, I feel empowered to do something about it.

My relationship with food has always been unhealthy; high in fat, salt, and sugar.  I decided this year to take back control of what I eat and how I eat it.  I reframed my mindset, and everything fell into place.
